  • Prostate examination and Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test if required (lab costs extra)
  • Testicular examination and guidance on self-exams
  • Sexually transmitted disease swabs (lab costs extra)

Advanced Diagnostic Testing/Referral

  • Hormonal Testing: Analysing key hormones like cortisol, insulin, thyroid hormones, and sex hormones to check for imbalances that affect weight and energy
  • Nutritional Deficiencies: Testing for deficiencies in vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that can impact weight management.
  • Gut Health Testing: Evaluating digestion and microbiome health, which play a critical role in weight regulation
