Regular Check-Ups

  • Annual physical exams: Monitor growth, development, and overall health.
  • Immunisations: Follow the recommended vaccination schedule.
  • Adolescent health including contraception, periods, sexual health


Healthy Lifestyle doctor assessment, advice and referral to specialist if required:

  • Nutrition
  • Physical activity
  • Sleep

Mental Health assessment, advice and treatment

For example:

  • For anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, especially during adolescence
  • Open communication: Encourage open discussions about emotions and mental well-being. Help parents and young person to communicate and problem solve


Support Services

  • Enable and recommend access to further resources including counselling for individual or family therapy if needed, psychiatric or specialist ADHD and ASD support.
