• Prostate examination and Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test if required (lab costs extra)
• Testicular examination and guidance on self-exams
• Sexually transmitted disease swabs (lab costs extra)

Specialised Care:

• Family planning advice and contraception options
• Andropause (male menopause) management
• Referral for Nutritional and fitness counselling tailored for men
• Lifestyle discussion and referral

Follow-up:

• Detailed health report
• Follow-up consultation to discuss results and next steps – face to face or telephone or video as preferred

Personalised Health Assessment:

• Comprehensive medical history review
• Appropriate physical examination
• Vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, etc.)

Advanced Diagnostic Testing and prescribing:

For example, if required:

• Blood testing (glucose, lipids, liver, thyroid, kidney) excludes lab costs
• Drug prescription if appropriate (metformin, HRT, Orlistat, GLP-1 agonists, Ozempic/Mounjaro etc) excludes cost of medicine

Metabolic Health:

For example, if tailored to your personal presentation you may need further tests for example to look for polycystic ovarian syndrome, menopause or diabetes. These tests would be added if you required, and if appropriate and costs extra. For example:

• Lipid profile analysis
• Oestrogen, testosterone, progestogen
• Pelvic ultrasound
• Liver ultrasound
• Cortisol
• Nutritional deficiencies assessment

Symptom Management and Follow-up

• Management advice of weight-related health issues
• One virtual follow up appointment
